Returns and refunds

    You are entitled to a refund if the products are faulty or misdescribed If your product is faulty or misdecribed please contact [email protected] and we will deal with the issue for you and either supply a replacement or issue a refund for your product Any refunds will be issued by the method you used for payment.



    Returning an item

    Items to be returned to the Shop should be sent to: Party Shop, Units 5 – 6, Crompton Road, Groundwell Industrial Estate, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN25 5AW

    We can’t refund postage costs unless the return is faulty or the wrong item. If you have an issue with your product please contact [email protected]



    Exchanges

    Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges on products other than faulty items. In order to provide the best service and quickest turn around, if you find yourself with a product that doesn’t fit, you can follow our standard returns process. We can’t refund postage costs unless the return is faulty or the wrong item. If you have an issue with your product please contact [email protected]Items that are returned will be refunded back to the original payment method.



    Damaged, Incorrect & Incomplete

    If you have received an item that is damaged, not what you ordered, or is missing parts please contact [email protected] with photographs of the issue before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.



    How we will refund you

    If you are due a refund, your original method of payment will determine how we reimburse you.

    • Credit/debit card - If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.

    • PayPal – we'll process a refund to your PayPal account once we receive your item.
