Our maximum aggregate liability in contract, tort, or otherwise (including any liability for any negligent act or omission) arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these Terms in respect of any one or more incidents or occurrences shall be limited to £10.

If any provision of these Terms is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable then that invalid or unenforceable part will be deemed deleted from these Terms, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the other provisions of these Terms and they will remain in full force and effect.


These Terms and any disputes about them will be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction as regards any claim, dispute or matter related to these Terms or the Conservative Party websites.
