DescriptionPainting by Anne Mackintosh: "I was asked to paint David Cameron in 2006 for Focus on Scotland. On the morning of our sitting, I saw him on television saying he was going to be listening to what people were saying. So I wanted to paint him looking as though he was doing just that.
"When I saw him, without prompting, he took up the pose that I painted him in, and for me that was it. He was listening."
The portrait is now on display at Portcullis House, Houses of Parliament.
