Returns & Refunds
The Conservative Party (CP) would like you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order please return to the address below within 30 days of receiving the item. A refund for the goods will be supplied, excluding any shipping costs, within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please send returns recorded delivery; credit cannot be given for lost items or goods which are damaged in transit. Please package the items securely and return with a copy of the original invoice.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods, which were not what you ordered, or which are damaged or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, please contact the Conservative Shop.

Placing an Order:
If the Conservative Party (CP) has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered we will inform you by e-mail at the address given in your order and will advise you of a new availability date or offer a full refund. These will be credited to your account within 30 days of the date of your order.
VAT applies at the prevailing rate (20%) on prices within the Conservative Shop in line with the law.
You may pre-order items which are out of stock. Your order will be despatched as soon as stock is available. Simply add the pre-order item(s) to your basket and checkout as usual.
Please note, payment for items on pre-order will be taken when the order is placed through the website.
Other items purchased in the same order which are in stock, will be despatched immediately.
Posters are sent out separately from other items due to the nature of packaging required. As a result, posters may not arrive with other items ordered at the same time. If the other items in your order have not arrived within two days please contact customer services.
